Opal, the name derived from the Greek derivative ‘Opallios’ meaning to “see a change of colour”.

The driving force behind the Opal team who manages to somehow be everywhere at once. Loves a challenge and is deeply passionate about bringing your dreams to life with glass.

Rafael

Glazier & Glass Stock Manager

A diehard fan of football and a master of glass & glazing are a couple of things we know about our amigo. Rafael has been a long-serving & loyal member of the Opal Glass team so he’s seen his fair share of glass over the years.

Clara

Admin & Accounts

Clara is the matriarch of the office. With years of experience she ensures the smooth running of the administration and accounts at Opal Glass whilst helping schedule projects with the install team.

Hayden

Glazier & Key Account Manager

Short in stature but not in ideas and expert knowledge on shower & splashbacks, Hayden is another installer on the OpalGlass team. A qualified glazier since 2017 and recently certified waterproofer, Hayden has a passion for all thing’s construction related, and naturally is our go-to source of building performance info.

Jordan

Automotive Glazing

A connoisseur (a fancy word for expert) of automotive glazing – Jordan. A team-player from the Cambridge Windscreens side of the business who goes about his work installing windscreens, repairing stone chips, removing & refitting vehicle body glass and the list goes on...A true expert.

Luke

Project Support

The most recent addition team Luke Stanley brings his willing attitude and work experience to Opal Glass helping out with mirror processing, painting splashbacks and assisting Jordan – our very own “jack of all trades”.

Brad

Install Team Leader

As the install team leader Brad helps coordinate the daily schedule of the installers and keeps in touch with our clients as to job updates. With a passion for cooking, Brad is the one we call when the staff BBQ gets hectic (i.e – Drew burns the Bacon).

Drew

Administration & Marketing

Since joining the team in 2017 Drew has firmly established himself as our marketing expert and reliable admin assistant. With a relentless passion for continuous improvement, he is one of the reasons we strive to offer you great service with our lead times through an efficient internal process.
